Returns Policy

In the event of offloading damage, all goods must be inspected, the driver must be notified immediately of any
problems, and the delivery note must be signed accordingly.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any items purchased and signed for in good condition that are later
discovered to be damaged will be replaced or repaired. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by this.
As a consumer, you have the right under UK law to cancel any items purchased from us at any time before the
products are shipped, or within fourteen days of receiving the goods, provided your order is not bespoke.
If you cancel or return your order within the specified time frame, you will receive a refund minus the cost of
returning the goods, provided you take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
If you wish to cancel and return your order after fourteen days of receiving your goods, you will be charged a
restocking fee of 25% of the order value less the initial delivery charge plus the cost of returning the goods.
We will pick up and return a cancelled order at the charge quoted during the cancellation process, unless otherwise

Goods must be returned in their original condition and cannot be returned if they have been treated, cut, or altered
with anything, including wood stain, wax, oil, or preserver.
Our drivers will not be able to load goods which have been moved after the original delivery spot. We will not carry
items from gardens or carry goods from inside a property. Items must be placed in its original delivery spot so our
vehicles can reach them.
We reserve the right to apply an additional return charge if no one is present and the goods are not left to be
collected. we reserve the right to apply an additional return charge.
Missing, damaged or faulty
If you discover missing items, damages, or errors on the order, you must report them within 14 days of receiving the
goods. Management must approve any replacements or refunds based on photographic evidence.
If we believe that another delivery for replacing goods delivered in a damaged state will not improve the situation,
we reserve the right to refund you in full and cancel the outstanding order.
Any authorised refunds will be approved within 7 days of the return of the goods. It may take 3 to 5 working days for
a refund to appear on a customer’s account.
